Fill out form by clicking here. We use the form information and roster your student athlete in our TeamSnap roster. You will receive two invites after filling out form:
1. TeamSnap roster invite
2. PitZone roster invite (PitZone is NICA Insurance and requires an additional fee)
3. Use Paypal link to pay team dues or write a check to Pittsburgh East Composite Mountain Bike Team for $100 and hand it to Randy Sanders or Rachel O'Driscoll.
